CSEA Village of Southampton Unit to hold rally
COMMACK NY (08/08/2024) (readMedia)-- The CSEA Village of Southampton Unit will be holding a rally infront of Southampton Village Hall to protest the village's continuous violations of members' rights, including but not exclusive to violating the Taylor Law by hiring nonunion workers to perform bargaining unit work. The mayor has also given himself a large raise while instituting cutbacks in overtime, resulting in the village looking unkempt, which has led to local business owners complaining about the negative impact on the community.
