Friends of the Schenectady County Public Library Hold Winter Fiction Book Sale

SCHENECTADY, NY (01/31/2013)(readMedia)-- Over 3,000 titles, from novels and mysteries to action/suspense, romance and more will be on sale for $1.00 each, when the Friends of the Schenectady County Public Library holds its annual Winter Fiction Used Book Sale, February 9-11, 2013.

WHAT:

The annual winter fiction sale includes over 3,000 used fiction books. Most hard cover books are $1.00. Titles include novels and mysteries to action/suspense, romance and literature.

Proceeds of the book sale will benefit the nine branches of the county library system.

NOTES:

Members of the media are welcome to cover the setup of the event on Friday, Feb. 9th from 1-4 p.m. and Saturday prior to 9:00 am. There will be opportunities to interview members of the Friends and volunteers. Visual opportunities include setting up thousands of books as well as volunteers interacting with the public.
