New CD Released by Caitie Beardmore
"Send this Whisper" is latest from Lafayette's Irish songstress
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (12/21/2010)(readMedia)-- Marian University student Caitie Beardmore, otherwise known to her loyal following as Caitie Rose, has released her latest CD entitled Send This Whisper.
Beardmore is a senior pastoral leadership major who grew up "a good Irish Catholic girl" in Lafayette, Indiana, but originally hails from Ireland, where she gets her love for music. Her grandparents started an Irish festival over 27 years ago and she's always been surrounded by Irish songs and musicians. She started playing guitar when she was nine, but didn't start performing until her 20s. Her whole family loves to sing and it's not unusual to find her and her seven younger siblings working out harmonies. Beardmore says, "I can't go an hour without singing something and have realized that if I'm not singing aloud, I'm singing to myself."
Her most recent CD is available on her web site at www.caitierose.webs.com. To hear song samples, visit her YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Oto7z38rHk.
