SCHENECTADY, NY (12/04/2015)(readMedia)-- During the month of December the Friends of Schenectady County Public Library will offer a series of Monday noon programs dealing with healthcare. On December 14 Bethany M. Gilboard, CEO of the Innovative Health Alliance of New York will explain the new measures undertaken by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to better coordinate care for Medicare beneficiaries through an Accountable Care Organization such as IHANY.The programs are held at noon in the McChesney Room of the Central Library, 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady. All are open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch; beverages are available for a nominal fee.
