Thousands to walk red carpet at Northwestern's 10th Annual Five16 Film Festival

The festival will feature high-quality short films by students

ST.PAUL, MINN. (03/18/2016)(readMedia)-- Walk the red carpet at Northwestern's 10th annual Five16 Film Festival on Monday, April 11 at 7 p.m. Experience Northwestern's arts community in Maranatha Hall-pass the paparazzi, eat some popcorn and join the crowd to take in student films at this event, which is free and open to the public.

The Five16 Film Festival is an annual festival featuring short films by the students of the University of Northwestern. What started in 2007 as a small showcase of student work has grown into a community-wide event drawing over one thousand attendees each year. Student films are featured in four categories: comedy, music video, animation, and drama. View the 2015 award winning films here.
