WINCHESTER, VA (11/13/2013)(readMedia)-- The Winchester Parks and Recreation Department would like to announce the rescheduled Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meeting. The next Advisory Board meeting will be a condensed session for the months of November and December. The usual gatherings (4th Monday of every month) will be adjusted away from the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday week with the expectation of garnering better attendance with the combined meeting.
