Women in Insurance & Financial Services Launches Official e-Magazine

ALBANY, NY (08/03/2018) (readMedia)-- Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS) announces the launch of their digital magazine, AdviseHER.

This internally and externally focused publication will be released three times annually, providing readers with expert insights on leadership, professional development and important issues impacting women in the financial services profession.

"We recognized the need to provide women in the profession with a go-to resource that covers issues that impact them," states Angela Ribuffo, 2018 WIFS National President. "It was also important to foster opportunities for collaboration among sister associations and industry organizations; being engaged and consulted on the issues that face our profession is imperative to furthering our mission to attract, develop and advance women."

The most recent leadership-themed issue features 15 articles from industry leaders on topics ranging from "Shared Leadership and the Empowerment of Women in Financial Services" to "Getting Ahead of Workplace Challenges and Dynamics." Contributors include Eileen C. McDonnell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, Meryl Rosenthal, CEO at Flexpaths, and Regina Bedoya, CLC, ChFC, Second Vice President of the Million Dollar Round Table.
