ST.PAUL, MN (01/13/2011)(readMedia)-- Radio station 98.5 KTIS is bringing in some of their listeners' favorite artists this winter for a series of free concerts at Mall of America®.
Kicking off the series is Christian artist Brandon Heath Monday, January 17 at noon.
Since his 2006 debut, Christian music's twice-honored GMA Dove Award Male Vocalist of the Year (2009 and 2010) has won an Emmy Award, been nominated for two GRAMMYs and an American Music Award. Heath's radio career includes three No. 1 hits, "I'm Not Who I Was," "Wait and See" and 2009's GMA Dove-winning Song of the Year, "Give Me Your Eyes."
The Nashville native was featured on the "CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," while also spotlighted in the Sunday edition of The New York Times as a GRAMMY-nominated newcomer "that shouldn't be allowed to slip through the cracks."
Recently, Heath unveiled his newest single, "Your Love," the first track written for his anticipated third studio album slated for release on January 18. People who attend the free concert on the Jan. 17 have the opportunity to purchase the CD before it goes on sale to the public the following day.
