CLIVE, IA (12/03/2012)(readMedia)-- The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) - Iowa Chapter recently announced Dianna Dieatrick of Council Bluffs as the 2012 CRS of the Year. The award was presented at the Chapter's annual meeting held Sept. 27 in Ames.

Dieatrick, who is a licensed Realtor® in both Iowa and Nebraska, is a sales associate at NP Dodge in Council Bluffs. She is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors®, Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors®, Nebraska Realtors® Association, and the Iowa Association of Realtors®.

She has held several leadership positions, including regional vice president of the CRS Iowa Chapter, secretary/treasurer of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors®, and member of the NP Dodge E-Commerce NET Team. Dieatrick has earned several of the real estate industry's highest designations, including CRS, Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Dieatrick also gives back to her community by serving on the Loess Hills Chapter of the American Red Cross Board of Directors.
