Iowa Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) Names Farm & Land Broker of the Year

CLIVE, IA (11/17/2010)(readMedia)-- The Iowa Farm & Land Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) presented the prestigious 2010 Iowa Farm & Land Broker of the Year Award to Coon Rapids REALTOR® Jonathan Wiltsie Cretsinger. Cretsinger received this honor at the 2010 Iowa Chapter of the RLI Annual Convention this fall in Dubuque.

The Iowa Farm & Land Broker of the Year Award serves as recognition for a REALTOR®'s outstanding efforts to serve clients and customers in real estate sales, and for contributions and support to the Iowa Chapter of the RLI.

Cretsinger is a REALTOR® and insurance agent at Coon Rapids Insurance and Real Estate. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Iowa Association of REALTORS®, National RLI, and the Iowa Chapter of the RLI. He served as 2006-2007 president of the Iowa Chapter of the RLI and currently serves as legislative committee chair. Cretsinger will also chair the 2011 Farm & Land Broker of the Year Committee.

The REALTORS® Land Institute is an affiliate organization of the National Association of REALTORS®. Members of the organization specialize in land brokerage related to: farms, ranches, recreational, and other specialty land properties; undeveloped tracts of land; transitional and development land; subdivision and lot wholesaling; and site selection and assemblage of land parcels.
