ST.PAUL, MN (02/16/2009)(readMedia)-- The Northwestern College Choir from St. Paul, Minn. will perform a series of concerts in Arizona, March 7-11. The choir, directed by Timothy Sawyer and accompanied by Leonard Danek, will perform works by Bach, Mendelssohn, and Stuart Townend.
The theme for the spring tour is "Pillars of the Faith" and focuses on pieces that exemplify the foundational beliefs of the Christian faith.
The choir will launch their tour on March 1 in North Mankato, Minn. They will then travel to Arizona and perform at four Arizona venues:
All concerts are free and open to the public. The choir will be welcomed home with two more concerts in Shoreview and New Brighton, Minn.
