University of Northwestern Theatre to present "The Phantom of the Opera"

ST.PAUL, MN (09/24/2015)(readMedia)-- University of Northwestern – St. Paul (UNW) announces UNW Theatre's production of The Phantom of the Opera. The musical is Oct. 23–24, 29-31, Nov. 4–7 at 7:30 p.m. with a matinee on Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m. at Maranatha Hall on Northwestern's campus at 3003 Snelling Ave. N., St. Paul, Minn. The Phantom of the Opera, directed by Jennifer Hunter, is the longest running show in Broadway history. For the first time in Northwestern's history, enjoy the power, suspense and beauty of Andrew Lloyd Webber's timeless masterwork. With performing rights available only to high schools and universities, this is a rare opportunity for audiences to see a Broadway classic. Based on the novel "Le Fantome de L'Opera' by Gaston Leroux, this spectacular musical is sure to excite audiences of all ages!
