Rothberg describes The Perfect Mix as "a quirky guide to human behavior" based on insights she gathered while tending bar to pay her way through graduate school."
Named a Best Summer Book of 2017 by Boston NPR station WBUR, The Perfect Mix appeared in excerpts in Money and Business Insider. Rothberg has consulted with Fortune 500 companies, small technology start-ups, and nonprofit organizations. She speaks regularly on bartending and leadership at associations, alumni, and student gatherings.
Rothberg holds a dual PhD in business and behavioral science, and is professor of strategy at the School of Management at Marist College, senior faculty at the Academy of Competitive Intelligence, and president of consulting firm HNR Associates.
