CLIVE, IA (10/19/2010)(readMedia)-- The Iowa Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) Chapter congratulates Ames REALTOR® Jen Burkamper, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), this year's winner of the Certified Residential Specialist of the Year. The award was presented to Burkamper at the chapter's annual meeting held Sept. 22 in Dubuque.

Burkamper, a Broker Associate for RE/MAX Real Estate Center in Ames, has been serving the Ames/Boone area for the past 11 years. She was recognized for her dedication and service to the community, the Central Iowa Board of REALTORS®, the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, and the Iowa CRS Chapter, as well as her top producing real estate sales performance.

Burkamper has had many accomplishments including: 2001 Iowa Realty Rookie of the Year, 2007 Ames MLS President, and Region 5 Regional Vice President for the Iowa Association of REALTORS® since 2007. She will serve as the 2011 President of the Iowa CRS Chapter.
