CLIVE, IA (08/09/2011)(readMedia)-- Future home buyers across Iowa may not have access to affordable mortgages, may not be able to deduct mortgage interest and may not be able to get flood insurance. These are a few of the issues the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Iowa Association of Realtors® (IAR) wants you to know about as NAR's Home Ownership Matters Bus Tour pulls into town this weekend.
Please join us for an Open House to discuss these and other issues currently being debated in Congress that may impact Iowans' ability to buy, sell and own property. Leaders from IAR and the Des Moines Association of Realtors (DMAAR) will be available to talk to the media about these issues as well as the July housing statistics.
