Economic Director to be Attending Governor's Statewide Conference

Glens Falls Economic Development Director Ed Bartholomew will be attending Governor Cuomo's statewide Economic Development ouncil meeting this Tuesday in Albany which will also feature a keynote address by former President Bill Clinton.

Bartholomew will also participating in afternoon sessions on workforce development ,community development programs and activities.

The City's Economic Director and CEO of the Adirondack Gateway Council indicated he is looking forward to this conference and stated this program affords the City and the Gateway Council opportunities to explore and share common issues and initiatives, programs that can be productive and beneficial for our area.

The activities in Albany on Tuesday and Friday's regional council meeting in Glens Falls with Lt Gov Bob Duffy and the co chairs Dr. Shirley Jackson, president of RPI and Michael Castellana,president of SEFCU highlight opportunities for the city and region.
