Glens Falls to Host Regional Job Fair
Thurs Oct 25th Job Fair at Civic Center
GLENS FALLS, NY (10/17/2012)(readMedia)-- Glens Falls Mayor Jack Diamond has announced that the NYS Department of Labor in partnership with GF Economic Development Group will be conducting a regional job fair on Thursday October 25th from 1 to 4pm at the Glens Falls Civic Center- Heritage Hall.
Mayor Diamond stated that this job fair is part of Governor Cuomo's NY Works initiative of job creation and workforce development.
Several firms from the area will be present for interviews with perspective employees.
Individuals may also go online for job openings at the Department of Labor Website http://jobs.ny
